On auction, 9 official posters of the webseries ‘The Satoshi Mystery’ and 9 audiotapes containing 10 minutes of exclusive score inspired by the series.

The Satoshi Mystery is a documentary series that was directed by Rémi Forte and produced by IKO for the European broadcaster ARTE. It tells, through six ten-minute episodes, the story of Bitcoin and its pseudonymous creator Satoshi Nakamoto, in a semi-fictional narrative, via specialist interviews, archival footage and animation sequences.

This documentary series, co-produced and broadcasted by ARTE from the 17th of November 2021, gathered more than 3 million views in Europe across its different platforms in less than 2 months. The series will remain online on Arte’s website and YouTube channel until October 2024. For now it is only accessible to European audiences, but we are hoping that it will be broadcasted worldwide in the near future.

The poster has been designed by artist Victorien Aubineau, who has made the animation sequences of the series, and the music was composed and recorded by musician Grégoire Terrier, who has made ‘The Satoshi Mystery’ score. The digital master of these 10 minutes of exclusive music has been permanently erased by Grégoire Terrier: it is now exclusively on the 21 audiotapes that have been made.

There will not be more than 21 posters and 21 audiotapes ever made and certified on the bitcoin blockchain through Verisart. There is an holographic sticker on each poster and one on each audiotape, with a unique QR code that links to its certificate of authenticity. On the posters, the sticker is on the bottom right; on the audiotapes, it is inside the box.

We are now auctioning 9 packages, each containing one poster (60cm x 80cm) and one 10-minute audiotape. Their digital certificates are numbered from 12 to 20. Please note that the posters will not be sold framed, just rolled up.

The top 3 bidders will have their poster signed by Victorien Aubineau and their audiotape signed by Grégoire Terrier and the option to chose the number of the certificate they want between 12 and 20.

The satoshis that will be earned through this auction will reimburse the cost of making these items and a part of it (21%) will be donated to a charity that accepts bitcoins.

This auction is a unique opportunity to get your hands on a poster and an audiotape of “The Satoshi Mystery”. Good luck!

*For now it is only accessible to European audiences, but we are hoping that it will be broadcasted worldwide in the near future.*
