Unfortunately, 'money makes the world go round' is probably the truest adage there is. But it wouldn't be bad and the word 'unfortunately' wouldn't be necessary if there wasn't a fiat standard based solely on centrally controlled money supply expansion, credit creation, unfair money distribution (Cantillon effect) and empty promises.
How fortunate that Bitcoin exists. A hard, solid, scarce, at its core decentralized, fair, neutral, equal money for all, backed by energy and time, a basic physical principle, the proof of work and energy transformation on which everything in the universe is built. Not by human promises, which are flawed because they are human.
In this pencil drawing - one of my first Bitcoin drawings - I want to depict how an outdated, unfair and contaminated monetary system is being replaced by a new money based on fundamental laws of nature and free social and economic mechanisms.
In detailed work, I have incorporated various Easter Eggs into the fiat bill that are meant to expose the current monetary system. An unrecognizable figure named Satoshi has brought us the energetic Bitcoin to make this monetary system obsolete.
